Real estate tool
I am not planning in buying a house, nor I have one in the US to sell. But if I were selling or buying, I would be checking a new site, Zillow.com
In Beta for now, sounds like a possible interesting tool. Just enter your address and check it by yourself!

I tried this tool. NO GO--we've experience a problem with this search, please refresh or try again later, blah blah blah. I tried later, same thing. Beta just means "I hope it works"
