This time from the co-authors of ¨Made to Stick¨, brothers Chip Heath and Dan Heath. Their manifesto, called ¨Talking Strategy: Three Straightforward Ways to Make Your Strategy Stick¨is a great piece. I especially recommend the part about "The curse of knowledge" and the examples used on that section.

A must read. And even when it is applied to strategy, it could be applied to ANY business communication. Internal communications, advertising, marketing campaigns, etc.
